We offer a self-check-in service. The keys can be found in key safes conveniently located outside the properties.

Detailed instructions will be sent to you before your check-in date.

All our properties offer parking solutions on-site or nearby, most with free parking.

You can get more information about a specific property's parking situation by accessing the "Book a Stay" page.

You may check in from 4 pm. If you book with us directly, you may check in sooner - as long as the cleaners have finished.

Check-out time is by 10 am. Later check-out times may be available upon request.

Our properties are all up to a 10-minute walk from the local train stations or bus routes - all with convenient routes into nearby cities.

If you decide to get a taxi, there are drop-off spots outside the properties.

When you book with us directly, you will get a big discount on your booking (bigger discounts for longer stays), the chance of an earlier check-in time, and twice as many trees planted for your stay (we plant trees for every night booked).

You can cancel your booking for a 100% refund up to 2 weeks before your check-in date, and a 50% refund between 1-2 weeks before your check-in date.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 1 week before check-in.
